Welcome to Cooper River Eye Associates, the office of Dr. Harvey Wolbransky, Dr. Arun Kaistha, and Dr. Rupal Patel Kaistha. Our state of the art office is located along the picturesque Cooper River in Pennsauken, New Jersey.

Services include routine and medical eye examinations, consultations for LASIK and other refractive surgical procedures, second opinions, and co-management of cataract and other eye surgeries. We offer treatment for eye emergencies, dry eye syndrome, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and other eye diseases. Our contact lens specialists fit every type of soft and hard contact lenses, as well as bifocal, astigmatic, and specialty hard-to-fit lenses for ocular diseases such as keratoconus. We also offer an extensive selection of eyeglasses to fit any budget in our optical department.

Dr. Harvey Wolbransky has been serving the eye care needs of the South Jersey community for over 30 years. He is currently on the Board of Trustees at the Salus University’s Pennsylvania College of Optometry and the Camden Optometric Eye Center. Dr. Wolbransky serves as the eye physician for Temple University athletics. He is a past-president of the New Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians and has held several executive positions at both the state and national levels. Dr. Wolbransky has lectured extensively on numerous topics in the ophthalmic field and is currently a consulting eye physician to numerous insurance companies and area ocular surgical groups.
Dr. Arun Kaistha received his Doctor of Optometry degree at the State University of New York (SUNY), State College of Optometry in 2003, where he was Student Council President and received the esteemed Chancellor's Award for Student Excellence. He then completed advanced training in low vision, contact lens fitting, glaucoma and treatment of eye diseases at The Eye Institute in Philadelphia. He also served as a clinical supervisor and lab instructor for first, second and third year optometry students at The Eye Institute. He has recently lectured on glaucoma and other topics to other eye physicians. Dr. Kaistha is a member of the American Optometric Association and New Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians.
Dr. Rupal Patel Kaistha received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the State University of New York , State College of Optometry in 2004 where she served as Class Vice-President. She has since been practicing in the South Jersey area. She was born in Zambia and has lived in India , Texas and Canada . Dr. Kaistha is a licensed therapeutic optometrist who offers comprehensive optometric care, including pediatric and geriatric eye exams. She has advanced training in all types of contact lens fittings, including specialty soft and gas permeable bifocal lenses, single vision lenses, keratoconus and all other contact lens modalities. She manages macular degeneration, glaucoma, ocular emergencies, cataracts and all eye conditions, including complications of hypertension, diabetes and other systemic conditions.
